Job Summary:
The Sous / Head Chef is the second-in-command in the kitchen and plays a crucial role in supporting the Executive Chef in all aspects of kitchen operations. This includes overseeing food preparation, ensuring high standards of hygiene and food quality, training staff, and helping with menu development. The Sous Chef steps in for the Executive Chef when necessary and helps maintain smooth and efficient kitchen operations.
