Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Sous Chef – Multicuisine to join our culinary team in Gir. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in luxury hospitality, a refined palate across Indian and international cuisines, and the leadership skills to manage a dynamic kitchen team.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate kitchen operations across multiple cuisines (Indian, Gujrati, Continental, Asian, etc.)
• Work closely with the Executive Chef on menu planning, costing, and seasonal updates
• Ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
• Lead and train kitchen staff, ensuring consistency and operational efficiency
• Maintain inventory control, ordering, and waste management
• Support live culinary experiences and personalized guest dining requests
• Maintain a culture of creativity, discipline, and excellence in the kitchen

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 4–6 years of culinary experience, with at least 1–2 years as a Sous Chef
• Proven expertise across multiple cuisines with fine-dining or boutique luxury hotel experience
• Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail and guest-centric approach
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, experiential dining environment
• Willingness to relocate and contribute to the hotel’s culinary vision
