This is a full-time on-site role for a Sous Chef located in Delhi, India. The Sous Chef will assist the Executive Chef in the daily operation and preparation of menus. Responsibilities include overseeing kitchen operations, managing staff, ensuring food quality and presentation, maintaining inventory, and enforcing food safety standards. The Sous Chef will also collaborate on recipe development and meal planning to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
