Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Sous Chef to join our team at Hotel Palacio, with 6-10 years of experience in the culinary industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Continental cuisine and excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Assist the Head Chef in planning and preparing high-quality menus.
Supervise kitchen staff and ensure efficient food preparation and service.
Maintain high standards of quality, presentation, and safety in the kitchen.
Develop and implement new recipes and menu ideas to enhance the dining experience.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Conduct regular inspections to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a hotel or restaurant setting.
Strong knowledge of Continental cuisine and cooking techniques.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with kitchen equipment and technology.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
