Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team in the Commissary department. The ideal candidate will have 2-8 years of experience in the culinary industry, preferably in hotels and restaurants.

Roles and Responsibility

Assist the Executive Chef in planning and preparing high-quality dishes.
Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff activities to ensure efficient service.
Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.
Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Conduct regular inspections to maintain high levels of cleanliness and organization.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a hotel or restaurant setting.
Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and menu planning.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
