About The Role
As a Sales Executive/Manager at JUSTO, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts and contributing to the growth of our business in the Mumbai & Navi Mumbai region. We are seeking dynamic individuals with a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Channel Partner Management:
- Identify and onboard channel partners to drive business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, promoting the firm’s projects and offerings.
- Address channel partners’ queries and provide timely support to ensure a seamless experience.
- Client Sourcing:
- Actively source clients from market areas, industrial parks, and business hubs through innovative and consistent field activities.
- Call and arrange meetings with potential customers to generate new business opportunities.
- Lead Generation & Networking:
- Innovate and execute various lead-generation activities to enhance market reach.
- Develop effective networking methods to connect with potential channel partners and clients.
- Sales & Marketing Strategy:
- Create and implement marketing strategies to increase consumer preference and drive sales volumes.
- Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly MIS reports on site walk-ins, channel partner performance, and client databases.
- Field Sales & Meetings:
- Conduct regular visits to channel partners to update them on ongoing and upcoming projects.
- Maintain detailed records of daily field visits and update the system accordingly.
- Target Achievement:
- Achieve personal sourcing and sales targets monthly.
- Assist the closing team during weekends to convert leads into successful closures.
- Territory Research:
- Research and identify potential channel partners and business opportunities across Navi Mumbai, Thane, Mumbai, and KDMC regions.
Required Skills And Qualifications
Age:
Below 30 years
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
Experience:
preferably from the real estate Industry.
Minimum Experience:
2-8 years of experience
Industry Knowledge:
Deep understanding of the real estate ecosystem & current market trends.
Skills and Competencies:
Willingness to travel for client meetings and networking events. Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently or within a team.
Technical Proficiency:
Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, CRM systems and other relevant software for reporting and presentations.
