Visit us at: www.tathestaffing.com Job Overview: This is a recruitment-focused sourcing role within TATHE Staffing. The Sourcing Manager will be responsible for attracting and onboarding candidates for various staffing and skilling projects. This role is strictly for professionals with recruitment or sourcing experience, not for sales or real estate backgrounds. Key Responsibilities: Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and field recruitment. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for ongoing client requirements. Conduct campus visits, job fairs, and walk-in drives to generate bulk hiring. Establish partnerships with colleges, vocational institutes, and training centers. Screen candidates based on job requirements and share shortlisted profiles internally. Coordinate interviews between candidates and internal recruitment teams. Maintain and update candidate data and sourcing records in ATS/CRM systems. Track sourcing metrics, hiring outcomes, and candidate conversion ratios. Represent TATHE Staffing professionally at recruitment events and campus activities. Stay updated with hiring trends, manpower availability, and new sourcing channels. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, sourcing, campus hiring, or talent acquisition (mandatory). Strong sourcing skills across job portals and social platforms. Good communication, networking, and relationship-building abilities. Willingness to travel for events, drives, and institutional visits. Preferred Skills: Experience in bulk hiring and on field recruitment. Knowledge of NAPS, NATS, or vocational training ecosystems.
