Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sourcing Manager located in Thane. The Sourcing Manager will be responsible for sourcing real estate properties, identifying and fostering relationships with key stakeholders, conducting market research, and negotiating with property owners and developers. The role requires active engagement in the development of a sourcing strategy, assessing property potential, and monitoring market trends to ensure competitive advantage. Additionally, the Sourcing Manager will coordinate with internal teams to align sourcing activities with business goals. Qualifications Experience in real estate sourcing, property acquisition, and negotiation Proven ability in market research and analysis, with a focus on real estate Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field Experience with Prop-Tech solutions is a plus Show more Show less
