Sourcing Manager

Role Overview: As a Sourcing Manager with 3+ years of experience in the same field, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the sourcing activities to ensure the procurement of quality products and services for the company. You will collaborate with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and optimize supply chain efficiency to contribute to the company's success. Key Responsibilities: - Manage supplier relationships and evaluate vendor performance - Develop sourcing strategies to meet cost and quality targets - Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers to achieve favorable outcomes - Analyze market trends and implement best practices in sourcing processes - Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely deliveries - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sourcing strategies with business goals Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in sourcing or procurement roles - Strong negotiation and communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other sourcing tools - Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices Please note that this is a full-time position with a day shift schedule.
