Job Title: Channel Partner Sourcing Manager – Real Estate (Mandate Project)
Location: Pune East

Experience Required: 6 Months – 5 Years (Real Estate Industry preferred)

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Channel Partner Sourcing Manager for our mandate project in Pune East. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing relationships with real estate channel partners to drive project sales and achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, onboard, and manage channel partners for mandate real estate projects.
• Develop strong relationships with brokers, channel partners, and real estate agents in Pune East.
• Ensure channel partner activation and regular engagement for consistent lead flow.
• Drive sales through channel partners and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct regular meetings, training, and project briefings for partners.
• Track and monitor partner performance, provide feedback, and ensure ROI-driven engagement.
• Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and new channel opportunities.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months to 5 years of experience in real estate channel partner sourcing / sales / business development.
• Strong local network of brokers and channel partners in Pune East (preferred).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Education:

• Graduate / MBA in Marketing or related field (preferred).
