Sourcing Manager

You are a motivated and experienced Real Estate Sourcing Specialist looking to join a dynamic team at Homesfy Realty Ltd. Your primary responsibilities will include establishing and activating new channel partners, supervising the onboarding process, holding regular meetings with existing partners, creating sales incentives, maintaining market survey analysis, and organizing activities with partners to generate leads. To be successful in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, finance, or related field, along with years of experience in real estate sales, sourcing, or closing roles. A proven track record of successfully sourcing and closing real estate transactions, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to build rapport with stakeholders are essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite are also required.
