Role Overview

The Sourcing Intern will support the sourcing team in identifying, evaluating, and onboarding reliable suppliers for RAM and Memory components (LPDDR, DDR, UFS, eMMC,etc.).

·      The intern will assist with market research, supplier validation, documentation, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth procurement

operations.

Key Responsibilities

·      Conduct research to identify potential suppliers for RAM and memory components across global and local markets.

·      Evaluate suppliers based on technical capability, certifications, pricing, quality, and production capacity.

·      Collect and compare quotations, and prepare cost analysis reports.

·      Coordinate with suppliers to gather datasheets, samples, certifications, and compliance documents.

·      Maintain supplier databases and update sourcing trackers.

·      Assist in negotiating pricing and terms under the guidance of the sourcing team.

·      Work closely with engineering and quality teams for sample testing and component validation.

·      Support in preparing sourcing documents, presentations, and reports.

·      Monitor market trends, technology updates, and pricing fluctuations in memory

components.

Qualifications & Skills

·      Pursuing a Bachelors degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Electronics, or related fields.

·      Basic understanding of electronic components, especially RAM and storage technologies(preferred).

·      Strong analytical and research skills.

·      Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets.

·      Good communication and interpersonal skills.

·      Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

·      Detail-oriented with strong documentation ability.
