We are looking for a Sourcing Executive to manage procurement of finished pharmaceutical products. The role includes supplier evaluation, negotiations, cost control, and ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical quality and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement sourcing strategies for finished pharmaceutical products.
Identify, assess, and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with suppliers.
Track supplier performance and ensure continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with QA, RA, and Supply Chain teams for smooth operations.
Conduct market research on pricing and product availability.
Maintain sourcing budgets and report on key metrics.
Manage risks and maintain supply chain continuity.
Guide and support junior sourcing team members as required.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, or Supply Chain (MBA preferred).
3–4 years of experience in pharmaceutical sourcing or procurement.
Strong understanding of pharma regulations and quality standards.
Proven negotiation and contract management experience.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
