About the Company

Responsibilities

Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners and brokers.
Conduct meetings, trainings, and project briefings for partners.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective partner engagement.
Share timely project updates, offers, and marketing materials.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams for support materials and information.
Monitor partner performance and provide feedback for improvement.
Coordinate site visits and assist in closing deals with partners.
Maintain strong relationships with existing partners and explore new ones.
Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and documentation standards.

Qualifications

Education: Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Sales, Marketing, or Real Estate Management).
Experience: 2–5 years of experience in channel sales within the real estate sector.
Preferred Background: Experience working with reputed developers in Hinjewadi and Wakad markets.

Required Skills

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Languages: Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
Other: Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective channel partner engagement.
