Sourcing Executive - Fleet Personnel

1. Proactively sourcing and recruiting experienced maritime professionals for a variety of positions within the fleet, ensuring candidates meet the specific technical and operational requirements of the vessels.

2. Building and maintaining relationships with maritime recruitment agencies, ensuring a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates.

3. Leading and mentoring recruitment team members, ensuring efficient task delegation, setting team goals, and assisting in their development.

4. Overseeing the entire recruitment cycle from candidate sourcing, screening, and interviews, to final placements, ensuring that the process runs smoothly and efficiently.

5. Ensuring that all candidates meet international maritime regulations, including STCW certifications, medical clearances, visas, and other documentation requirements. Managing the continuous compliance of all onboard crew members.

6. Collaborating with fleet management to ensure that all vessels are adequately staffed with the right personnel at the right time, managing crew rotations, and supporting crew changes.

7. Preparing detailed reports on sourcing activities, recruitment statistics, and fleet staffing levels. Analyzing recruitment trends and making recommendations to improve hiring strategies.

8. Addressing any crew-related issues, including resolving staffing challenges during emergency situations or crew shortages.

Qualifications & Skills:

1. MBA in Human Resources (Freshers welcome).

2. Strong interest in HR and recruitment processes.

3. Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

4. Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

5. Ability to work collaboratively and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
