Key Responsibilities: · following up with vendors for order readiness and arranging the timely dispatch · Updating the agents about all shipment / spares being sent for respective vessel · Sending quotes for Internal approval to respective superintendent for approval · Ensure all Purchase orders are sent to the vendors and confirm with them vide emails · Ensure all quotes, PO , invoices. Bank advise, SWIFT and DO are saved in respective vessels folders on CLOUD and also updated on Tracking list. · Generating online and offline purchase order and placing order with vendors · Updating tracking list with new requisition, quotation, order and delivery dates · Filing all the newly raised purchase order and completed orders in their respective files · Monitoring all the mails received and send from purchase department · accordingly · Daily basis monitoring of requisition / purchase order through purchase tracking sheet · Preparing contract for various services · Coordinating with various vessels agents worldwide for smooth operations · Development of new vendors and services provider worldwide · Invoice monitoring of the team through new invoice tracking sheet · Development of new vendors and services provider worldwide Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year Benefits: Health insurance Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Morning shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Education: Master's (Required) Experience: Procurement management: 10 years (Required) Purchasing: 10 years (Required) Vendor management: 10 years (Required) Location: CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra (Required) Work Location: In person
