Key Responsibilities Curate and manage an exceptional wine list that aligns with the restaurant’s concept, cuisine, and clientele. Provide personalized wine recommendations, enhancing the guest experience through expert pairings and storytelling. Train service staff on wine knowledge and proper service techniques to maintain consistency and excellence. Collaborate with culinary teams to create innovative food and wine pairings that complement seasonal menus. Manage wine inventory, procurement, storage, and vendor relationships while maintaining cost controls and quality standards. Stay up to date with global wine trends, new producers, and vintages to keep offerings dynamic and relevant. Qualifications Proven experience as a Sommelier in fine dining or high-end hospitality environments. In-depth knowledge of global wine regions, varietals, production methods, and service etiquette. Formal certification from WSET, CMS, or an equivalent wine education body preferred. Strong communication and guest engagement skills with a passion for hospitality.
