Identity Governance and Access Management (IGA/IAM) Solutions Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and implement

  Identity Governance

  solutions to support enterprise-wide access management initiatives.
• Lead end-to-end design and deployment of

  IGA/IAM platforms

  including

  SailPoint, Saviynt, Omada

  , and

  Okta

  .
• Drive the integration of identity solutions with cloud platforms (

  AWS, Azure, GCP

  ) and on-premises systems.
• Develop technical architectures and roadmaps for

  Identity & Access Management (IAM)

  programs.
• Provide leadership during complex identity transformations, especially during

  M&A activities

  , ensuring secure and seamless identity unification.
• Define and enforce governance policies, role-based access controls (RBAC), entitlement reviews, and privileged access strategies.
• Partner with security, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure

  cybersecurity

  compliance and data protection best practices.
• Evaluate and recommend emerging tools and practices in the

  identity governance

  and

  cloud IAM

  landscape.

Must-Have Skills:

• Proven experience as an

  IGA/IAM Architect

  or

  Solutions Architect

  in Identity Governance.
• Hands-on expertise with tools like

  SailPoint, Saviynt, Omada

  , and

  Okta

  .
• Knowledge of

  Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD)

  .
• Strong experience designing identity solutions in

  multi-cloud environments

  : AWS, Azure, GCP.
• Familiarity with

  directory services

  ,

  SSO

  ,

  MFA

  ,

  SCIM

  ,

  SAML

  ,

  OIDC

  , and

  OAuth

  .
• In-depth understanding of

  cybersecurity principles

  related to identity and access.
