    1.8 LPA – 2.4 LPA fixed + Incentive


Requirements:

Education: Graduates in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related fields.


Skills:

  • Strong communication, research, and negotiation abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office; CRM tools experience is a plus
  • Experience in B2B and/or B2C sales
  • Target-driven mindset with analytical thinking
  • Familiarity with digital research tools (Google, AI tools, social media, forums)
  • Leadership potential and a go-getter attitude
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills


Note: Candidates with less than 1 year of experience may not be considered for this role.


Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Research

  • Identify and qualify potential clients in target industries
  • Build and manage a structured database of key decision-makers
  • Conduct competitor and market analysis to support outreach

Outreach & Engagement

  • Execute cold calling, email campaigns, and regular follow-ups
  • Respond to incoming leads and convert them into opportunities
  • Maintain continuous engagement to nurture long-term relationships

Sales Support

  • Prepare sales materials, proposals, and client presentations
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate data in CRM
  • Track outreach effectiveness and contribute to monthly performance reports

Client Engagement & Solution Selling

  • Understand client needs and propose customized solutions
  • Deliver value-driven sales conversations that align with customer goals
  • Analyze sales outcomes and suggest improvements to strategies

Representing BrownKites

  • Lead customer meetings and demos
  • Represent the company at relevant industry events, webinars, and seminars
