Job Description

You will contribute as a SON (Self-Organizing Network) expert to drive the adoption and success of SON solutions within a large telecom operator. You will act as the primary point of contact for all SON-related activities, working closely with customer teams. You will be managing Nokia's internal stakeholders and other functions to ensure the solution s value is realized, communicated, and maximized. You will be leading the technical aspects of the sales cycle, supporting bid development, and driving continuous improvement through workshops, product evolution, and strategic growth initiatives. You have: Looking for 12-16 years of experience with a B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech background. Experience in SON concepts, LTE 5G Radio Technology, Radio Network Optimization, O-RAN, Cloud RAN, Network Management in RAN networks, NPO process, Machine Learning/AI, virtualization, cloud, and OEM COTS hardware. Applied experience with SON in a product or operator environment. Experience in a customer-facing technical role for radio technologies. It would be nice if you also had: Proven ability to work effectively in matrix teams. Excellent presentation, written communication, and verbal communication skills. Knowledge in expectation and escalation management. Ability to plan, anticipate technical requirements and concerns, and challenge the status quo. You will educate customer teams (Planning, Operations, Quality) on the benefits of SON, ensuring that Nokia maintains top-of-mind awareness. You will build and leverage relationships across customer functions, including HQ and Circle levels. You will present SON value propositions at external events, exhibitions, and to internal stakeholders. You will act as the primary point of contact for all SON-related activities, ensuring quick response times and resolution for both internal and external stakeholders. You will develop and implement a rolling 12-18-month SON evolution plan with the customer, including upgrades and hardware modernization. You will contribute to the LoA/L2D process from a technical perspective, providing expertise during bid development, RFPs, deployment, and operational issue resolution. You will lead the creation of BoQs, Statements of Compliance, Technical Solution Documents, and the ordering of hardware/software for SON solutions. You will support Account Managers in value argumentation during the sales cycle and other instances.
