As a Solution Consultant - XACTLY at Mindtel, you will play a crucial role in understanding client needs and translating them into functional specifications. Your expertise in the Xactly platform will be essential in providing guidance to both clients and internal teams. By engaging with stakeholders, you will gather requirements, document business processes, and deliver effective presentations to showcase solution capabilities. Leading project implementations from start to finish, you will configure systems, conduct integrations, and provide training sessions for end-users and stakeholders. Your role will also involve analyzing business issues, offering actionable insights based on data, and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure their satisfaction. Collaborating with sales teams, you will contribute to devising strategies to close deals and troubleshoot system functionalities for seamless integration. To excel in this role, you must hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field, along with proven experience in solution consulting, particularly with Xactly software. Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with excellent communication abilities, will be critical in managing client relationships and navigating complex project environments. Proficiency in project management methodologies, data analysis, reporting, CRM tools, and client engagement is essential. Your willingness to travel for client engagement, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software will be valuable assets in this role. While certifications related to Xactly or similar platforms are a plus, your ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and prioritize tasks effectively will contribute to the success of project implementations and ongoing support for clients.
