Solution Consultant - XACTLY

In this role as a Solution Consultant for XACTLY at Mindtel, your primary responsibility will be to understand client needs and translate them into functional specifications. You will provide expert knowledge of the Xactly platform to clients and internal teams, engaging with stakeholders to gather requirements and document business processes. Your role will involve developing and delivering effective presentations to illustrate solution capabilities, leading project implementations from initiation to completion, and performing system configuration and integration for solutions. Additionally, you will conduct training sessions for end-users and stakeholders, analyze business issues for actionable insights, and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Understand client needs and translate them into functional specifications. - Provide expert knowledge of the Xactly platform for clients and internal teams. - Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and document business processes. - Develop and deliver effective presentations to illustrate solution capabilities. - Lead project implementations from initiation to completion. - Perform system configuration and integration for solutions. - Conduct training sessions for end-users and stakeholders. - Analyze business issues and provide actionable insights based on data. - Maintain a strong relationship with clients and ensure their satisfaction. - Collaborate with sales teams to devise strategies to close deals. - Test and troubleshoot system functionalities to ensure seamless integration. - Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in Xactly solutions. - Assist in the development of best practices and documentation for future reference. - Provide ongoing support and optimization for implemented solutions. - Contribute to internal projects and initiatives to improve team efficiency. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. - Proven experience in solution consulting, specifically with Xactly software. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Demonstrated experience in managing client relationships. - Ability to navigate complex project environments. - Skilled in project management methodologies. - Proficient in data analysis and reporting. - Familiarity with CRM tools and data integration. - Work experience in a consulting role is highly desirable. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy. - Willingness to travel as required for client engagement. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. - Certifications related to Xactly or similar platforms are a plus. - Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.,
