About This Opportunity
We are now looking for a Solution Architect, who will be responsible for analysing, designing and developing commercially viable end-to-end technical solutions based on the customer specifications and business needs. Responsible for short and long-term profitable business for Ericsson by being part of or working closely with the R&D team to translate the customer need and technology opportunities into detailed technical offerings, solutions and proposals. Supports the Consultants during requirement analysis and high-level design phases.

What You Will Do
- 5+ years’ experience in BMC/Remedy Action Request System (ARS) 8.0+, BMC Remedy ITSM Suite 8.0+, (Asset, Service Desk, Service Level Management, Incident, Problem, Change Management, Knowledge Management and Service Request Management)
- Must have development experience with Remedy AR System application and with BMC/Remedy ITSM applications
- Managing Foundation Data (Create, Update, Delete). Experience with the configuration and definition of Foundation Data. Configuring and customising components of ITSM - Incident, Problem, Change, Task, SRM, SLM
- Remedy Server and Mid-Tier Administration– AR Server Configuration, Approval Server and Email Engine configuration, Reporting configuration, Audit logging configuration
- Understanding Integration of Remedy and 3rd party and B2B architecture. Experience with Migrations and consolidation of disparate systems into an Enterprise Remedy/ITSM Infrastructure
- Perform installation, upgrade, configuration, feature design, development & data loads for BMC Remedy applications
- Ability to translate requirements into application design utilizing best practice technical solutions. Ability to create & maintain design specifications, architectural diagrams, & process
- Provide technical support of the Remedy Suite including ADDM, BCM, CMDB, Asset Management, Service/Incident/Problem/Change management within the production, test and development environments.
- Experience in Change Management approvals, Assignments, notification mechanism, SLM and CM E2E life cycle
- Performing bug fixes and minor enhancements/workflow changes to Remedy applications. Ability to troubleshoot applications at the workflow and database level
- Must have experience with SQL & PLSQL
- Experience supporting all stages of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Certifications if any: ITIL, V4, II, DOD, IAT, BMC, CE, CMDB, ITSM, SRM
