The S&I Advisory team is a specialty sales advisory service within Accentures Strategy & Consulting Global Network. We are specialists aligned to Accentures priority business offerings with expertise in how to go-to-market and best position Accenture to win consulting work. We are a sales lab that works closely with sales leadership, equipping them with relevant market insights, customized sales messages, and curated sales assets to originate, sell, and win.You are:
You are an experienced Senior Consulting Leader who will seed & lead a function/industry team focused on providing solution architecting support, with a focus on the one or two top priority industries in cost transformation and productivity solutions. You have led or supported Cost Transformation projects that have helped reduce / right size / optimize cost across the P&L. This includes experience in sourcing, process transformation, technology optimization, demand management and other cost-related value levers. You will play a critical part in shaping deals, developing strategic proposals, and preparing client-facing materials, enabling our client teams in selling consulting work.The work
As a Solution & Innovation (S&I) Advisory Senior Manager, you provide high-touch sales support to our industry and cost transformation stakeholders, which concentrates on solving problems for clients industrial value chain.This work will include but is not limited to the following:Planning and Origination
  • Support annual planning to outline sales targets, target clients, and enhancement of sales assets.
  • Conduct ongoing research to identify which companies to target over next 6-12 months.
  • Support sales / pipeline reviews with leaders.
  • Prepare for and support first conversations with potential clients.

  • Proposals / Orals
  • Define proposal response requirements and best sales messaging approach.
  • Bring the latest knowledge and best of content to each opportunity (e.g., industry trends, benchmarking, competitive insights, etc.).
  • Help shape the overall solution (approach, team, pricing, differentiators, etc.) to best fit the deal requirements.
  • Prepare and help lead orals with innovating ways of selling to help differentiate Accenture.

  • Content Management / Continuous Improvement
  • Develop go-to-market approach / assets.
  • Maintain global repository of sales assets (e.g., proposals, stage 0 decks credentials, etc.).
  • Conduct reviews (loss / delivery) with client teams to understand how we can improve sales and harvest deliverables.
  • Stay relevant through training, research, client interaction and feedback sessions.

  •  Qualification 
    Here is what you need:
  • Experience in solutioning and delivering cost transformation and other strategic projects, which could include implementing and executing strategies
  • Skilled in analyzing and evaluating clients' needs to deliver customized solutions, and/ or expertise in carrying out analyses on PAS provider/ platforms on capabilities based on client requirements
  • Business Strategy - Leading/managing strategic initiatives and developing project plans, frame and conduct insightful analyses, identify solutions, and develop sales strategies
  • 10+ Years of experience within any one or two priority industries and/or functional experience related to cost transformation
  • Bachelors degree in business or engineering.
  • Experience in sales or consulting at a top-tier consulting.
  • English language fluency (oral and written).
  • Must support/mirror working hours for the supported region.
  • Must be flexible with working hours to meet shifting business needs.
  • Must have good internet connectivity and distraction-free environment for working at home, in accordance with local guidelines.
