Candidates must be reliable, committed to safe work practices and willing to travel to project locations when required.

Solar Technician – Job Description

* Install, test and commission solar power systems including panels, inverters, wiring and protection devices

* Conduct preventive and breakdown maintenance on rooftop and ground-mounted installations

* Identify faults, diagnose system issues and perform timely repairs

* Ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical guidelines during all work activities

* Prepare service reports, installation checklists and maintenance documentation

* Guide helpers and support staff during on-site tasks

* Coordinate with project managers for material planning and site readiness

* Provide customer support and address system-related queries

* Maintain tools, equipment and worksite discipline

Requirements

* Experience in solar installation or electrical maintenance

* Basic knowledge of PV modules, inverters, DC/AC wiring and load management

* Ability to work at heights and handle outdoor conditions

* ITI / Diploma in Electrical preferred

* Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to travel

Solar Helper – Job Description

* Assist technicians during installation and maintenance work

* Carry materials, tools and support equipment handling

* Help in panel mounting, structure assembly and basic wiring work under supervision

* Maintain cleanliness and safety of the work area

* Follow instructions and support in any on-site operational task

* Learn solar basics and improve skills through on-job training

Requirements

* Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors

* Willingness to learn solar installation activities

* Ability to follow instructions and maintain safety practices

* Prior fieldwork experience is an advantage but not mandatory
