Additionally, we offer comprehensive maintenance services. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Solar Maintenance Technician, located across the India. The Solar Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair tasks, troubleshooting issues with solar equipment, and conducting preventive maintenance to ensure the efficient operation of solar projects under our AMC. Technician must travel on various sites to troubleshoot and check the solar plants. Qualifications Skills in Solar Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, and Maintenance & Repair Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Industrial Maintenance Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Experience in the solar energy sector is must Relevant technical certification or vocational training in electrical or mechanical engineering is preferred
