Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Solar Site Engineer, located in Vadodara, Gujarat. The Solar Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the installation, quality control, electrical and structural engineering of solar power systems. Day-to-day tasks include supervising on-site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, coordinating with contractors, and maintaining clear communication with project teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• On-site experience and the ability to monitor and supervise solar plant activities
• Strong communication skills for effective coordination with project teams and stakeholders
• Quality control skills to ensure safety standards and project specifications are met
• Knowledge and expertise in solar rooftop projects.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering, related field
• Minimum 2 to3 years of experience in the solar rooftop projects, is a must
• Proficiency in project management and Auto-cad
