Solar Site Engineer – Rooftop C&I

Position: Solar Site Engineer
Department: Project Execution
Experience Required: 1 to 3 years (Rooftop Solar – C&I / Industrial & Commercial Projects)
Qualification: Diploma or B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
Location: PAN Uttar Pradesh (Multiple Sites Across UP)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Execute solar rooftop (C&I) projects as per design, safety standards, and timelines.
• Supervise site activities including module installation, MMS, DC/AC cabling, earthing, and commissioning.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth execution.
• Conduct site surveys, load analysis, feasibility checks, and prepare technical reports.
• Ensure quality control of electrical and structural installation work.
• Monitor daily work progress and prepare site reports.
• Perform testing & commissioning (inverters, string testing, system health checks).
• Manage site inventory, materials, and vendor coordination.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and site guidelines.
• Support documentation, drawings, and project handover activities.

Skills Required:

• Knowledge of solar rooftop (C&I) systems and electrical installation practices.
• Understanding of SLDs, inverters, protection systems, and AC/DC distribution.
• Ability to handle site manpower and subcontractors.
• Strong communication, troubleshooting, and reporting skills.
• Familiar with safety, quality, and project execution standards.
