The ideal candidate will have a strong background in steel products and proven experience in B2B sales within the solar energy or infrastructure sector.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to promote purlins and mounting structures to clients in the solar industryIdentify and target solar EPCs, developers, system integrators, and contractors involved in ground-mount PV projectsManage existing accounts and build long-term relationships with key industry stakeholdersProvide technical consultation to clients on appropriate steel sections (C/Z) for various solar structuresCollaborate with the engineering and production teams to deliver client-specific solutionsPrepare quotations, technical offers, and commercial proposalsTrack and respond to tenders, RFPs, and project inquiries in the renewable energy sectorMeet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targetsGather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and new project developmentsParticipate in trade shows, expos, and solar industry eventsKey Requirements:Any degree3–7 years of experience in B2B sales of steel structures, purlins, or solar mounting systemsStrong client base or industry network in solar EPCs, developers, and infrastructure contractorsFamiliarity with C/Z section purlinsAbility to understand technical drawings, BOQs, and structural layout requirementsExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsWillingness to travel for client meetings, site visits, and project discussionsPreferred Industry Background:Solar mounting structure manufacturersRoll forming or steel fabrication companiesRenewable energy EPCsPre-engineered buildings (PEBs)Steel/metal building material suppliersWhy Join Us?Be part of a fast-growing company at the intersection of steel structures and clean energyCompetitive salary with performance-based incentivesOpportunity to work with leading solar infrastructure clientsCareer growth in the booming renewable energy and structural solutions sector
