Solar Project Operations & Coordination Executive

Location: Noida (Travel Required)

Key Responsibilities

• Project Execution & Coordination
• Assist in planning, scheduling, and executing solar EPC and O&M projects across multiple sites.
• Coordinate with site engineers, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery and installation.
• Track daily progress and escalate delays or issues to the project manager.
• Operations Oversight
• Monitor performance of operational solar plants and ensure preventive and corrective maintenance is carried out.
• Support troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical faults in coordination with technical teams.
• Vendor & Logistics Management
• Liaise with suppliers for timely procurement and delivery of materials.
• Manage logistics and inventory across project sites.
• Documentation & Compliance
• Maintain project documentation including site reports, checklists, permits, and client communications.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and local regulations.
• Client & Stakeholder Communication
• Provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders on project status.
• Support client handovers and training post-installation.

Qualifications & Skills -

Education - Diploma/B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy

Experience - 2–4 years in solar EPC/O&M projects (startup experience preferred)

Technical Knowledge - Solar PV systems, inverters, SCADA, safety protocols

Tools & Software - MS Excel, Google Sheets, project tracking tools (e.g., Trello, Asana)

Soft Skills - Strong coordination, multitasking, and communication abilities

Language - Hindi & English (fluency required for field coordination)

Travel - Willingness to travel across North India for site visits

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
