Job Purpose – On-site Project Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the assigned solar project site, ensuring smooth execution of all activities. Project Execution: Coordinate and supervise all aspects of the project, from initial planning to completion, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards as well as timelines. Solar Operation and Maintenance (O&M) Technician – Rooftop Solar Projects Location: Multiple sites across Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh Job Summary: The technician will be responsible for the operation, preventive and corrective maintenance of rooftop solar photovoltaic (PV) systems. This includes ensuring optimal system performance, conducting inspections, troubleshooting faults, and maintaining safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of rooftop solar PV systems. Clean solar panels and ensure maximum energy output .
