Solar Jr. Engineer / Solar Technician (O&M)

As a Junior Engineer / Solar Technician in Solar Innovation, you will be responsible for conducting regular inspections, executing preventive maintenance procedures, troubleshooting faults, and responding promptly to system failures or emergencies related to solar equipment. Your role will also involve ensuring the cleanliness of solar modules, providing documentation of site conditions and system performance, collaborating with engineers and project managers, and adhering to safety protocols during maintenance activities. Your qualifications should include a B. Tech / Diploma in Engineering / ITI with relevant certification in solar technology or electrical systems, along with 1-2 years of previous experience in solar O&M. Knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, and associated electrical components, as well as strong troubleshooting and maintenance skills, will be essential for this role. To succeed in this position, you should possess good interpersonal skills, the ability to work effectively in a team, excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi, and the flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. You should also be willing to relocate to different locations within India for work-related purposes.
