About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Solar Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of solar energy projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire project lifecycle—from feasibility to commissioning—while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage residential, commercial, and utility-scale solar projects from inception to completion.
• Prepare detailed project plans including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, vendors, and regulatory authorities for smooth execution.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery within cost and quality parameters.
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and technical evaluations.
• Oversee procurement activities and manage vendor relationships.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.
• Identify risks and proactively resolve issues to avoid delays or overruns.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Construction Management, or related field (Master’s / PMP is a plus).
• 4–8 years of experience in solar energy or renewable infrastructure projects.
• Proven track record of executing projects within time and budget.
• Strong knowledge of solar PV systems and installation practices.
• Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, etc.).
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Preferred Skills:

• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, PVSyst, Helioscope, or similar solar design software.
• Familiarity with electrical codes and grid interconnection procedures.
• Experience in financial modeling, cost estimation, and ROI analysis for solar projects.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
