Key ResponsibilitiesSystem Design:Create detailed designs for photovoltaic (PV) and thermal solar systems using modeling and CAD software, including module selection, inverter sizing, and layout. Feasibility & Site Assessment:Conduct site assessments to evaluate potential locations for solar installations and perform technical and economic feasibility studies for new projects. Project Management:Coordinate with project managers, contractors, clients, and other engineers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Installation Oversight:Supervise the installation of solar panels, mounting structures, inverters, and other equipment, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. Performance Analysis:Perform system performance analysis, conduct tests, and propose improvements to maximize efficiency and performance.
