Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Morbi for a Solar Designer. The Solar Designer will be responsible for designing solar photovoltaic (PV) systems including site assessment, creating electrical layouts, and selecting appropriate system components. Other duties include preparing detailed technical plans, analyzing project feasibility, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. The role requires close collaboration with engineering and construction teams, as well as client coordination to ensure successful project execution from design to commissioning.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Electrical Design, PV System Design, and Site Assessment
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, PVsyst, and other relevant design software
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory compliance for solar installations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field
  • Experience in solar project management and thermodynamics is a plus
