Job Title: Solar EPC Designer Location: Vasai, Maharashtra Job Type: Full-time / Monthly Salary Gender: Open to all (Male / Female) Minimum Experience: 1 year Education: No degree required Job Summary: We are a growing solar EPC company seeking a reliable Solar Technician / Designer to support our projects. The role involves performing site surveys, shadow analysis, preparing PVSyst reports, generating AutoCAD drawings, and assisting in procurement of solar components. This position offers a fixed monthly salary, with additional performance-based bonuses for high-quality execution and professional behavior. Key Responsibilities: Conduct rooftop surveys: Measure roof dimensions and assess structure Check basic electrical parameters (energy meter, MCB, LT panel, etc.) Perform shadow analysis using SketchUp (or similar tools) Prepare PVSyst reports (yield estimates, losses) Create AutoCAD drawings (layouts, basic SLDs) Assist in procurement of solar components (panels, inverters, MCBs, etc.) and deal with suppliers competitively Ensure compliance with solar EPC regulations and safety standards Maintain professional and accurate reporting Collaborate with team members and support office work when required Requirements: Minimum 1 year of hands-on solar EPC experience (survey, design, installation, or procurement) Familiarity with SketchUp, PVSyst, and AutoCAD Strong negotiation and competitive skills with dealers/suppliers Strong attention to detail, discipline, and adherence to rules Professional behavior with employees, clients, and stakeholders No unprofessional habits (e.g., smoking, drinking, arrogance) Compensation: Monthly Salary: ₹15,000 Professional Execution & Behavior Bonus: ₹1,000/month (for consistent high-quality work) Optional per-project incentives may be offered for additional performance Conduct & Discipline: Rude, arrogant, or unprofessional behavior toward employees or clients will not be tolerated and may lead to termination Professionalism, teamwork, and adherence to safety & regulations are mandatory
