Job Description:

We seek highly motivated and results-oriented Solar Consultants to join our growing team in Jaipur & Kota, Rajasthan. As a Solar Consultant, you will generate leads, close sales, and build strong customer relationships. You will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and achieving ambitious sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead Generation & Sales: Actively generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, attending events, and leveraging online platforms.
  • Conducted site surveys, assessed customer needs, and prepared customized solar solutions.
  • Present compelling proposals to potential customers, highlighting the benefits of solar energy and addressing their concerns.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.


  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the sales process and beyond.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address any queries or concerns promptly.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction with the entire installation and after-sales process.


  • Solar Partner Development: Identify and onboard potential Solar Partners in the assigned territory.
  • Train and support Solar Partners on sales techniques, product knowledge, and company processes.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of Solar Partners.


  • Market Research & Analysis: Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and government policies related to solar energy.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and expand our market share.


Qualifications:


  • Minimum 1 year of robust experience in rooftop solar sales with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and self-motivated.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
  • Excellent knowledge of solar technology and industry best practices.
  • Ability to travel within the assigned territory.
  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
