Role: Core Field Sales

• Role & responsibilities:

• Hyderabad (P0 priority)

• Chennai

• Bangalore

Role: Core Field Sales (Male candidates only)

• Eligibility Criteria:

• Age: Till 33 years can Apply.

• Experience: 1- 6 years in direct/field sales (higher ticket size sales of 50k 1 lakh preferred)

• Background:

• Candidates with dealer/distribution or channel partner sales exposure are not considered

• Communication: Good communication skills, street-smart, strong sales acumen

• Regional Language Proficiency:

• Bangalore Kannada

• Hyderabad Telugu

• Chennai Tamil

• Must own a 2-wheeler (field visits are mandatory)

Field Sales & Customer Engagement:

- Conduct an average of 3 daily field meetings, traveling ~50 km across cluster to

pitch solutions to residential, commercial, and agricultural clients.

- Perform on-ground demos and cold walk-ins to showcase product benefits and

close deals.

• Sales Pipeline Management:

- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent lead generation and

meeting monthly order targets.

- Collaborate with marketing for BTL (local workshops, community events) and ATL

(digital ads, radio) campaigns to drive customer interest.

• Documentation & Post-Sales Process:

- Manage end-to-end documentation for customer onboarding, including subsidy

applications (e.g., PM Surya Ghar Yojana) and net-metering agreements.

- Ensure smooth post-sales processes, coordinating with installation teams and

addressing customer queries to guarantee satisfaction.

• Data Management & Reporting:

- Use tools like Google Sheets or CRM platforms to track leads, sales progress, and

customer interactions.

- Provide regular reports on pipeline status, conversion rates, and market feedback

to the Regional Sales Head.
