Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1) Channel Sales: Sales Revenue generation for the assigned State / Branch

2) Channel Management / Expansion for the assigned state with utmost focus on Modules and Grid Tie inverter selling for residential / Customers and Influncers

3) Generation of Leads for direct selling to End customer and key accounts for rooftop system

4) Webinars with EPC / System integrators on overall product knowledge

5) Conducting System Integrators / Customers Meet for solar product selling

6) Getting modules and inverters empaneled at discom/ SNAs wherever applicable along with working with winners of Kusum yojna and other govt related tenders

7) Coordination with cross functional team on Product , Marketing and service-related issues and resolutions

Qualification: B. Tech/M. Tech/MBA

Experience: 8-15 Years (minimum 4 years in Solar Product selling/ Channel Management/ Key Account management along with technical know-how of Solar Modules and Grid Tie Inverters pricing trends)
