Software Tester

Job Responsibilities:

• Analyzing requirement docs, write & execute test cases for manual testing.
• Identify various scenarios and create effective test cases (Performance/Manual Functional)
• Take ownership of required data collection, cleansing & validation and setup for seamless test activities.
• Take control of the test environment to execute it flawlessly through each phase till closure.
• Daily bug reporting and test completion percentage to project team.
• Completion of assigned tasks on time and regular status reporting.
• Generate report for engineering team to improve the overall quality of the code and fix repeated issues

Desired candidate profile:

• Trained testers of one year experience in performance testing for web-based applications using JMeter.
• Experience in ecommerce and ERP testing
• Knowledge of Software Testing Life Cycle
• Knowledge of Selenium IDE, Selenium web driver, NUnit, LoadRunner etc.
• Hands-on experience in manual testing of projects (web, e-com, or CRM preferred)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skill enabling to communicate among the teams distributed across the world.

Job Location: Palarivattom, Kochi, Kerala

Work Shift: Morning Shift (8 a.m. – 5 p.m.)
