ServiceNow ATF Tester

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and maintain

  ATF test cases and test suites

  in ServiceNow.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA teams to understand requirements and translate them into automated tests.
  
• Perform

  functional, regression

  and

  integration testing

  using ATF.
• Identify, document, and track defects; work with development teams to resolve issues.
  
• Ensure test coverage for

  custom applications, workflows, catalog items, and integrations

  .
• Provide detailed test reports and metrics to stakeholders.
  
• Continuously improve testing processes and contribute to

  best practices in automation

  .

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with

  ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF)

  .
• Knowledge of

  ServiceNow modules

  (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, etc.).
• Experience in

  manual and automated testing methodologies

  .
• Familiarity with

  JavaScript

  (used in ServiceNow scripting).
• Understanding of

  Agile/Scrum methodologies

  .
• Ability to analyze requirements and create

  test strategies and test plans

  .
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow

  Certified System Administrator (CSA)

  or higher certifications.
• Experience with

  ServiceNow upgrade testing

  .
• Exposure to

  integration testing

  with external systems.
• Knowledge of

  DevOps practices

  and CI/CD pipelines.
