Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Requirements Gathering & Analysis
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into functional requirements.
Conduct workshops, interviews, and documentation sessions to capture detailed requirements.
Analyze existing processes and recommend improvements.
Documentation & Communication
Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), and user stories.
Maintain clear communication between business teams and IT/development teams.
Support project managers in tracking deliverables and timelines.
Testing & Validation
Assist in preparing test cases and validating solutions against requirements.
Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure stakeholder sign-off.
Support & Training
Develop user guides, training materials, and process documentation.
Provide support during project rollout and post-implementation phases.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Experience:
1-3 years in business analysis, IT projects, or consulting.
Technical Skills:
Familiarity with SQL, Excel, data visualization tools, and requirement management software (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
Process Knowledge:
Basic understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and ITIL concepts.
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical thinking, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
