Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong data interpretation skills, basic knowledge of analytics tools, and a desire to learn and grow in a data-driven environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to collect, analyze, and present data insights that support business decisions. Key Responsibilities Collect, clean, and organize raw data from multiple sources Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends and patterns Generate reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau Assist in developing data models and business metrics Collaborate with business teams to understand data needs and deliver insights Ensure data accuracy and integrity Support monthly and quarterly reporting activities Document data processes and maintain data repositories Required Skills Strong knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, Functions) Basic understanding of SQL (SELECT, JOIN, WHERE, GROUP BY) Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis (Optional but preferred) Hands-on experience with Power BI/Tableau (preferred) Good analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work with large datasets Strong communication and presentation skills Attention to detail and a learning mindset
