Job Description

About the Role:We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Desktop Support Engineer to provide day-to-day technical assistance and ensure the smooth functioning of IT systems. The ideal candidate will diagnose hardware and software issues, install applications, and maintain company devices to ensure uninterrupted workflow. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals. Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows / macOS / Linux operating systems. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues. Perform routine system maintenance and updates. Configure and manage user accounts, email setups, and network access. Escalate unresolved issues to senior IT engineers or vendors. Maintain accurate logs of IT issues and resolutions. Ensure all systems comply with company IT and security policies. Required Skills: Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking. Hands-on experience with troubleshooting tools and remote desktop applications. Familiarity with Active Directory, LAN/WAN, and IP configuration. Strong problem-solving and customer service skills. Ability to work under minimal supervision and handle multiple tasks.
