We’re looking for a detail-oriented Software Manual Tester to join our QA team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the quality and usability of our software products through rigorous manual testing. Success in this position means delivering bug-free releases, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, and continuously improving test coverage and processes. This role plays a critical part in maintaining our commitment to delivering reliable and user-friendly solutions to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Analyse requirements and create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test cases
• Execute manual test cases and report bugs with clarity and precision
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand features and resolve issues
• Perform regression, functional, and exploratory testing across web and mobile platforms
• Document test results and maintain test logs for future reference
• Participate in sprint planning and contribute to QA process improvements

Qualifications

• 1 to 1.5 years of hands-on experience in manual software testing
• Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC
• Familiarity with bug tracking tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during evening shifts
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
