Your role is crucial in maintaining client satisfaction and system efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in software implementation, including installation, configuration, and testing at client sites or remotely. - Build strong client relationships by ensuring timely responses and proactive issue resolution. - Coordinate with development, testing, and product teams to escalate and resolve complex issues. - Ensure a smooth transition from project implementation to ongoing support. - Provide technical support by responding to queries via calls, emails, or ticketing systems.
