Software Support Executive

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Software Support Engineer to provide technical support for our software applications. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot issues, support end users, collaborate with development teams, and ensure high system reliability and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for software applications via tickets, email, chat, or phone
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software, system, and application issues
• Escalate complex issues to development or engineering teams and track them to resolution
• Install, configure, and maintain software systems and updates
• Monitor system performance and identify potential issues proactively
• Document incidents, solutions, and known issues in the knowledge base
• Provide user training and create support documentation when required
• Ensure adherence to SLAs and support processes

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Strong understanding of operating systems (Windows/Linux/macOS)
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and customer-handling skills
