Software Support Executive

Job Description: As a Software Support and Implementation Executive at our company, your main responsibility will be to provide support and implement our software solutions at customer locations. This role requires 2-3 years of experience in accounting and inventory concepts, taxation, Tally, and MS Office. Your educational background should ideally be a B.Com or CA. Key Responsibilities: - Install RanceLab software at customer locations - Implement the software according to the specific needs of each customer - Provide support and training to customers on how to use the software effectively - Regularly travel to customer locations, potentially up to 20 days in a month Qualifications Required: - 2-3 years of experience in accounting and inventory concepts, taxation, Tally, and MS Office - Educational background in B.Com or CA - Excellent computer and Internet skills Please note that full training will be provided for this role.
