Key Responsibilities: - Identify and approach potential clients, including labs, industries, and research institutes. - Conduct compelling product demos and deliver effective end-user training. - Lead cold emailing and calling initiatives to engage prospects and nurture leads. - Oversee the full sales cycle, from lead generation through to deal closure. - Prepare professional proposals, quotations, and handle follow-ups. - Build and sustain long-term relationships with customers to drive retention and upsell opportunities. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree in Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. - 03 years of experience in software or IT sales. - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. - Willingness to travel for client visits, field sales, and implementations. - Prior experience in LIMS, ERP, or similar software solutions is a significant plus!
