Software Sales Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Software Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth for our software products and custom IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through cold calls, networking, social media, and inbound channels.
• Present, promote, and sell software products (CRM, ERP, LMS, E-commerce, AI tools, etc.) to prospective customers.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical and marketing teams to offer tailored solutions.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and product demos to close sales.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain CRM records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
• Build long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
• Participate in marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and product launches.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in software or IT solution sales.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of SaaS, web applications, or digital solutions.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented, with a passion for technology.
• Ability to handle both B2B and B2C clients.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in CRM or ERP software sales.
• Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or Pipedrive.
• Knowledge of the Kerala, GCC, or global IT market.
